The only reason it pisses you off, as you so eloquently put it, is because you made the mistake of caring for her only to let your terribly awkward social skills - by which I mean the ones you are entirely lacking in - drove her away. Whatever guilt you may feel is no reason to allow Luna to get hurt as well.
The thing is, Luna has plenty of reasons to want to save her, and whether or not I feel for Teto or not, I'm not going to let her be used by those demon losers.
Odds are he's going to make Teto come after you guys anyway, including the rest of us. Read up on those damn things, why don't you? After a point, it doesn't frikkin' matter what orders they give you, you have to obey them.
I'm aware of what Luna desires as well, and I'm also aware of the condition of the seal. Teto went in to it willingly, though...

None of us will be able to save her from herself when the time comes. I, unlike you and Luna and the rest of those- ... the rest of the family, have accepted that inevitability.
Should the day come that she turns on us, I would rather I take the brunt of it, and find some way to minimize the damage she may do to anyone else.
Do not thin for a second though that it's by any sympathy for anyone other than Luna and Teto herself.
Yes, Dell, let's just bring my monster of a sibling home worse than she was when she left and maybe love and kindness will bring out the goodness in her kokoro. I'm certain that will work out for everyone in the end.
