One would think I could be happy for the chance to perform in a new world, to a new audience, but I'm beginning to wonder if that will ever happen again. It seems my detestable cousins have forgotten about their musical roots for the most part, and even Luna has been quiet since her arrival...

Sacrificing your own happiness for a family member is something I know alot about, I have to respect that choice.

So in no specific terms between you me and the flimsy firewall you put on this post would I be proper to deduce that the reason you cannot indulge is because you and yours must lay low?

Now now no reason to sound so put out, it could be that precisely what you need is a comrade in this situation...outside as the family you are helping and the family you listed as detestable.

Being no stranger to criminals (I live with several) So what in particular is the situation? Perhaps I can help.

She has a demon seal. She's already in trouble with the law for destroying some establishment and harming another tamer.

Oh goodness...that is a problem.

The destruction and hurting a tamer thing not as much...there are hundreds of tamers getting hurt every day and buildings are destroyed and rebuilt so fast around here people have probably already forgotten the incident.

The Demon Seal however...that may be troublesome depending on how your...cousin? Sister? Depending on how they feel about offering their body and mind to be used as a tool for the Demon King that sealed her.

It is possible to fight the seal, resist it to a certain degree...and depending on how far along she is that may also make things easier. There are different stages of control you see.

From what she said, she gave herself over willingly. She's always wanted more power over others... I suppose... that's a flaw a lot of us had.

She seems fine when I talk to her, but... I worry none the less.

Very few go through life without a desire for power over others. I consider myself a perfectly nice person and even I have felt that way.

That may be because you keep her level...what sin has she become affiliated with?

Then it stands to reason that so long as she does not become upset or angry you should be safe to act freely in public or around others...

...I imagine she has a bit of a short fuse though hmm?

Very...

It... isn't widely known, but after her activation she was infected with a virus. The technicians thought they rid her of it completely, but they were wrong. Even before being sealed she would fly in to rages.

The fans often joked... she was a 'chimera'.

That could be tricky.

As she is a machine I could devise any number of ways to help manage her temper but none that I believe you'd approve of considering you're family and you don't know me and have no real reason to trust me.

Ritsu... and my ever-quiet partner is Angel.

Aside from trusting you or not trusting you, it's not something she would be alright with. I know that already. She... [sigh] She wants this. I'm not afraid of her, but I fear for her. I'm not the mechanic my cousin is, and she wants nothing to do with her or the rest of our extended family. If she continues to get injured I'm not sure how much help I can be.

Hmm...well...I'm not sure if you'd be comfortable with it but I would be willing to offer my services in repair and replacement.

I do it often enough for who I suspect are her cousins that I should have a good idea of how to help her should she damage herself.
